Can you install a system I have already bought?

Yes. We can install a supplied unit, though we will check it suits the site and the household first. Where we supply the unit as well, the install and the product sit with one team, which makes any later warranty work simpler.
What is included in a hot water installation?

Removal and disposal of the old unit where applicable, mounting or base preparation, water connections and isolation, compliant relief-valve drainage and termination, electrical or gas connection by the appropriate licensed trade, and full commissioning before we leave.
Do I get paperwork for warranty and rebates?

Yes. Every install is left with the compliance and invoice documentation you need for the manufacturer warranty and for any rebate or certificate scheme the system is eligible for.
Can the new system go somewhere different?

Often, yes. Relocating a unit — for example moving an outdoor storage tank and fitting a wall-mounted continuous flow unit instead — is common during renovations. It adds pipework and sometimes electrical or gas work, which we cover in the quote.
How much disruption should I expect on the day?

Water is off for part of the install, and power or gas to the unit is isolated while it is connected. Most of the work happens at the unit itself, so the rest of the house stays usable.
Do you coordinate with builders on a new build?

Yes. On new builds and renovations the hot water install has to land at the right point in the sequence — rough-in, then fit-off and commissioning — and we work to the site program rather than turning up cold.
